Ms. Green’s current practice emphasizes civil litigation, employment law, and civil rights litigation.

Prior to coming to Michel & Associates, P.C., Ms. Green assisted Earthjustice in preparing case studies that were submitted to the United Nations Commission on Environmental Human Rights. She also worked for the Sierra Club California Coastal Program where she investigated the policies and procedures of the California Coastal Commission and worked on CEQA, ESHA, and the Endangered Species Act matters and responded to Environmental Impact Reports. Ms. Green appeared before local and county planning boards.

Ms. Green graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy. She attended Whittier Law School as a fellow in the Center for Children’s Rights and graduated in 2005. As a fellow, Ms. Green externed with the Honorable Judge Luis Rodriquez where she helped write and compile a manual of special education issues for attorneys that specialize in juvenile criminal law and in family law.
