Nicholas W. Stadmiller


Mr. Stadmiller is an associate in the firm’s civil litigation and appellate practice. His focus is on complex civil matters, where he has performed work on both plaintiffs and defense cases. In his career, Mr. Stadmiller has obtained favorable rulings in over 80 percent of the more than 300 law and motion matters he’s handled, including obtaining favorable rulings in every Motion for Summary Judgment or Adjudication he has handled.  Mr. Stadmiller is also a skilled negotiator, obtaining over $1,000,000 in settlements for his clients.  He has also won over $2,000,000 in default judgments for clients.

Mr. Stadmiller is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, he served as a research assistant for renowned Professor Susan Estrich.  Mr. Stadmiller also served as a judicial extern for Honorable Carlos G. Ynostroza in the Alameda County Superior Court.
