From: “Kieliger, Camilla”  –  25 Oct 2011 Two new proposals have been posted for comment at http://www.courts.ca.gov/policyadmin-invitationstocomment.htm   The 2012 Bail and Penalty Schedules would be revised to bring the schedules into conformance with recent legislation. The deadline for comment is November 1, 2011. The proposal Family Law: Domestic Partnerships and Same Sex Marriages would revise Judicial Council forms in response to SB 651. These changes may be of interest to those involved in family and juvenile law proceedings. The deadline for comment is November 1, 2011.
