California – State Senator Wolk says Solano County ready for inmate reentry

BY CATHERINE BOWEN / THE REPORTER – Posted: 09/16/2011 07:39:42 AM PDT With many counties left scrambling to ready themselves for the implementation of an Assembly bill that will send hundreds of prison inmates into California communities, Solano County was commended Thursday for its trailblazing stance to meet these changes head-on. When the topic of reentry facilities came up earlier this year, Sen.
