Civil Rights Attorney Chuck Michel Discusses Second Amendment Advocacy and Gun Laws on Pat Leeds’ Nov. 7 Program

C.D. “Chuck” Michel, whose Long Beach law firm handles litigation in a wide variety of areas, including firearms law, will return to KFOK Community Radio 95.1 FM to discuss gun control with “All About Guns” host Pat Leeds on Wednesday, Nov. 7, noon-1 pm. KFOK also streams online at www.kfok.org.

Michel represents clients such as the National Rifle Association, the California Rifle and Pistol Association Foundation, gun manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers as well as gun owners in high-profile cases concerning gun control and gun owners’ rights. He has written articles and editorials published in major newspapers, writes a monthly magazine column called “Legal Front Lines,” and publishes a blog at www.calgunlaws.com. Professor Michel also teaches classes at the Chapman University School of Law. Michel’s book: California Gun Laws, A Guide to State and Federal Firearms Regulations, will be released in early December and is available through CalGunLaws.com.
