CT Gubernatorial Candidate Reaches Out to Sportsmen

Tom Foley, Republican candidate for governor in Connecticut, fired off a letter this week to sportsmen in the Constitution State promising to “protect the individual’s right to legally purchase, own, carry, and use firearms.” Foley also pledged to not change any existing firearm-related laws in the state. In concluding his outreach letter to sportsmen, Foley noted, “I am the only candidate in this election who will protect both our state’s natural resources, and the rights of our sportsmen and women to enjoy them.” Here’s the complete letter: Dear Sportsman, Among the many things that make Connecticut special are its beautiful and diverse natural resources, and its proud fishing and hunting traditions.
