Thank you for visiting the Michel & Associates, P.C. website and seeking our assistance with the evaluation of a potential legal matter or the answer to a legal question.
Please be advised that no attorney-client relationship is established by the submission of this form, an email, or by other communication with our office unless and until we are formally retained. All of the materials and services we offer have been prepared by Michel & Associates, P.C. for informational purposes only, and are not intended as legal advice. We have set up three ways to contact our office.
We apologize if this system seems overly complicated, but this system enables us to serve clients and potential clients more efficiently, and to get relevant information to those who contact our office more quickly.
The first way to contact us is simply to call us (1-562-216-4444) or email our Senior Counsel for a consultation. Method #1 works best for those with active cases who need help immediately.
The second way to contact us is through our Free Case Evaluation Request Submission Form (below). Method #2 works best for those who feel they may have a case that requires an attorney’s assistance.
The third way to contact us is through our specialized email system. By using this specialized system, those who submit legal questions in a specific legal practice area automatically get an email response that contains relevant information that may be helpful on the subject, and their question gets routed to a lawyer with experience in the particular field of law to which the question pertains.
Finally, if you have questions concerning CCW applications, or more specifically, if you feel you have been unjustly denied a CCW by law enforcement you may send an email to the following address licensetocarry@michellawyers.com.
Free Consultations on Active Pending Cases
If you or your company are the subject of a pending criminal investigation or charges, or if you have a pending civil legal matter or other criminal or civil dispute which requires immediate legal services, we provide prompt, free initial consultations either by phone or in our offices. Simply call (562) 216-4444 or email us at cmichel@michellawyers.com for an appointment. Of course, you can still use the Case Evaluation Request Submission Form if you prefer.
Potential Case Evaluations Service
We are happy to provide free case evaluations for potential clients. Please fill out the Case Evaluation Request Submission Form below if your inquiry is urgent, or if you are potentially interested in retaining our office for a legal matter and would like us to evaluate your circumstances and determine whether Michel & Associates, P.C. might be able to assist or represent you or your company. We are happy to evaluate your potential legal matter free of charge. Further information will be provided in an automatic reply email to you after you have submitted your request.
Answers to Legal Questions
If you simply have a legal question, we ask that you please review our Reference Materials pages and submit your inquiry through the email addresses listed below rather than through the Case Evaluation Request submission form. We have gathered these reference materials and made them available free of charge to clients and potential clients in response to questions we are frequently asked regarding the areas of the law in which we practice. Our Reference Materials page is broken down by area of law, and on these pages you will find a great deal of free information concerning a wide range of legal topics.
If after reviewing the free reference materials we provide you still cannot find the answer you seek and/or would like assistance from our office in answering your question, please click the email address below that best matches the subject matter of your question, and send us your question in an email. Please include as much information as possible concerning your question, and include your contact information and your preference for how best to contact you. Once you send Michel & Associates, P.C. this email, you will receive an automatically generated email response that contains more information that may be helpful.
