The Court had the verdict as to the one count read into the record, and the jury reached a unanimous as to Defendant Ulysses Simpson Grant Early, IV, and found Defendant Not Guilty as to Count 6 of the Indictment (the only charged count as to this defendant). The jury informed the Court that they were deadlocked on the remaining counts. The Court declared a mistrial on Counts 1 and 2 as to Defendant Ryan McGowan, and a mistrial on Counts 2-6 as to Defendant Robert Snellings.
