11/10/2022 Court EO: On October 28, 2022, Defendant Holly Shikada filed a motion to dismiss the Complaint in this case (motion). Dkt. No. 18 . On November 8, 2022, Plaintiffs filed a First Amended Complaint (FAC) and a response to the motion. Dkt. Nos. [21-22]. In light of the filing of the FAC, the Complaint is now moot. See Falck N. Cal. Corp. v. Scott Griffith Collaborative Sols., LLC, 25 F.4th 763, 765 (9th Cir. 2022) (dismissing an appeal concerning a first amended complaint as moot when a second amended complaint had been filed in the case).
