Yesterday, Plaintiffs (indicating they have no objection to Defendants’ motion) asked for leave to reply in a brief up to 20 pages long (and for 30 days in which to reply once Defendants file their brief). Both unopposed motions (Doc. 116 and Doc. 117 ) are GRANTED, since the factual examination required for assessing such a large bill of costs and fees (over $640,000 total) is extensive. Defendants’ response brief shall be due by close of business today(April 24, 2014), and Plaintiffs’ reply brief shall be due on or before close of business on May 27, 2014. Signed by Judge Michael J.
