Michel & Associates, P.C. is a litigation and regulatory law firm representing businesses, public entities, organizations, and individuals in complex civil litigation, constitutional and civil-rights matters, regulatory proceedings, criminal defense, and related legal disputes.

Our History

C.D. “Chuck” Michel founded Michel & Associates in 1994 after leaving large-firm practice in downtown Los Angeles to establish an independent litigation practice.

Over the following three decades, the firm expanded its capabilities to include civil and business litigation, constitutional and civil-rights law, firearms and Second Amendment law, public-entity representation, environmental and land-use matters, employment law, criminal defense, corporate and nonprofit governance, and regulatory proceedings.

Today, Michel & Associates represents a diverse range of clients in matters involving complex legal questions, substantial factual records, governmental regulation, and significant financial, operational, or institutional interests.
