The Greenstone Country community, located in El Dorado County California near Placerville, has historically allowed some sport shooting. But a member of the Board of Directors of the Greenstone Country Homeowners Association wanted to change that. He asked the Board to change the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (“CC&R”) of the community to completely ban the discharge of firearms and airguns and eliminate all target and other shooting throughout the gated equestrian community.
