 Mr. Haberbush is an accomplished constitutional attorney with extensive experience litigating high-profile cases involving free speech, election integrity, and the separation of powers. He has served as both lead and co-counsel in broad and as-applied constitutional challenges in state and federal courts across the country. His litigation successes include multimillion-dollar settlements and injunctive relief for advocacy groups and public officials, as well as key victories against unconstitutional mandates in both the public and private sectors.

In addition to litigation, Mr. Haberbush advises local governments on election law compliance and transparency. He frequently collaborates with prominent public interest organizations—such as the Public Interest Legal Foundation, Mountain States Legal Foundation, and Pacific Justice Institute—on complex litigation and amicus briefing strategies.

Mr. Haberbush is a Partner at Constitutional Counsel Group, where he plays a central role in nationwide amicus advocacy for the Claremont Institute’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence and Dr. John Eastman. He is also the President and Founder of the Lex Rex Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing constitutional education and principled public policy.
