Alex Frank is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on public entity liability, civil rights, constitutional, election, and firearms law. He was the main associate in Wright v. Beck, 981 F.3d 719 (9th Cir. 2020), a published Ninth Circuit due process and qualified immunity case, and in Nunez v. City of Redondo Beach (2022) 81 Cal.App.5th 749, a published premises liability case.
