The Supreme Court Is About to Decide the Future of the Second Amendment.

History is unfolding before our eyes.

An extraordinary number of Second Amendment cases are currently before the U.S. Supreme Court — either already argued, set for argument, or awaiting action on cert petitions. The decisions that come down in the next few weeks could redefine constitutional protections for generations.

Here’s what to watch:

Friday, February 20 – The next SCOTUS conference. This is the Court’s next opportunity to take up Duncan v. Bonta or another case addressing WHAT qualifies as an “arm” under the Constitution.

Monday, March 2 – Oral arguments in U.S. v. Hemani, a case centered on WHO can have their Second Amendment rights stripped — and under what conditions.

The Court has already heard arguments in Wolford v. Lopez, tackling WHERE the government can restrict lawful carry.

WHO.
WHAT.
WHERE.

That’s what hangs in the balance.

CRPA has joined the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF), the Second Amendment Law Center (2ALC), and allied partners in filing an amicus brief in Hemani — because this moment demands action.

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to secure meaningful constitutional clarity.

CRPA is building the war chest needed to meet this moment.
